Park Bank Capitol Square

Architecture | CSG, Inc. designed the interior architecture of Park Bank's new downtown Madison branch at 33 E. Main located on a highly visible corner lot of the Capitol Square.

Park Bank was looking for a design that enhanced their philosophy, "Caring before calculating." The sentiment was so important that it is featured on a "welcome wall" with comfortable seating surrounding it. The lobby was designed to let you know that you're welcome to linger, have a fresh cup of coffee, use the wireless internet, read the paper along with making the banking experience less transactional and more fulfilling.

Everything from space planning to custom millwork was carefully planned to give this space a good fit with the community and its prominent location. It was to be a full service branch with full teller line, offices for complete banking services, a "Central Park" space, vault, conference room, and staff break room.

The interior features attractive finishes, custom millwork, stone and porcelain tile flooring, glass frontages, high ceilings, warm wood tones, and direct and indirect lighting all giving customers a welcoming feeling. The abundance of glass allows natural daylight to fill the interior spaces and provides customers and employees with panoramic views and feelings of openness.
